For many years I fell victim to yo-yo dieting, losing body fat only to put it all back on again when I felt my goals had been achieved.  Little did I know that I was causing metabolic damage and making it more difficult to lose body fat in a healthy and balanced way.

The struggle that I know many women share is that we want to be able to eat things like chips and ice cream and still be able to lose body fat and achieve the physique we dream of.  With a flexible dieting strategy, IIFYM (If It Fits Your Macros), I have been able to achieve that elusive balance between whole healthful foods and “fun foods” that we all seek.

Having developed a passion for spreading the news of flexible dieting to as many women as I can, I created this blog.  I am beyond excited to share my knowledge with women all over the world because I know all too well how it feels to be a prisoner to many fad diets.

Through this blog, I will share information on eating a variety of foods,  simple and delicious recipes for the whole family and how the flexible dieting strategy helped me to shed unwanted body fat.

This journey has been a huge learning experience for me and has helped me become the person I want to be and share with the world!  And now I want to share my journey with all of you!
